Basic Riggers and Signalpersons can execute uncomplicated and repetitive rigging tasks provided that the load weight, center of gravity, rigging, and rigging configuration are given or known to the rigger through experience or prior on-the-job training. Proficiency in delivering both hand signals and voice commands is a key requirement for the students.

The OSHA 30-Hour Outreach Training educates supervisors on hazard recognition and OSHA safety standards. It covers workplace and job site safety and provides a 30-hour card upon completion. This comprehensive training teaches hazard identification, avoidance, control, and prevention for workers in construction and related fields. Supervisors are typically required to take this training. This course spans 4 days with each day consisting of 7.5 hours. (5) students minimum.
The OSHA 10-Hour Outreach Training provides essential safety and health training for new employees, covering accident prevention, hazard awareness, and worker rights. Provides 10-hour card upon completion. The course duration is 2 days, with each day lasting 5 hours. (5) student minimum.

Immediate interventions can reduce injury severity and improve outcomes. Many workplaces require employees to have this training. Course duration is 3-4 hours. (5) student minimum.
OSHA requires thorough training for Powered Industrial Trucks, MEWP, and Lull operators, covering safe operations, workplace hazards, and OSHA standards. Evaluations should be conducted during and after training, with periodic assessments every three years. Refresher training is necessary in case of incidents. Certification from a qualified trainer is required, and third-party trainers are acceptable. 3-4 hours (5) minimum.
